The Genesis
Koperasi Usahawan Selangor Berhad was officially
registered (No: B-4-0555) with a singular mission:
to unite the entrepreneurs of Selangor under a
sovereign, regulated cooperative umbrella.
Phase 2 · 2010 – 2025
Consolidation & Resilience
During this period, KUSB focused on building member
trust and establishing strategic assets in
agriculture and SME financing. This phase proved the
cooperative's resilience during shifting economic
landscapes.
Phase 3 · 2026
The Great Comeback
The appointment of a new visionary leadership team
led by Dato' Nazri Othman, Capt. Ikhwan Shafiq, and
DS Dzulkifly Saini marks the start of the
transformation era. KUSB pivots to high-tech
wellness e-commerce with the launch of the AURA 5
project and the GEM Program.
